Any information given to us, either verbally or in writing, regarding
your child or your family, will be treated as confidential. We are
registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and we
aware of my responsibilities under General Data Protection
Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, 2018.

We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example,
name and contact details)
• In some circumstances school information (for example school
reports)
• Some customer financial information

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us
directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• To keep you informed about your child’s tuition
• To help support your child in lessons
• For child safeguarding purposes

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following
sources in the following scenarios:
• Payment details are collected through the third-party booking
system (TutorCruncher) so that you can make online payments.
• Phone numbers and email addresses through the booking
system

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the
lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can
do this by contacting rachelsarahtutoring@gmail.com
(b) We have a contractual obligation.

Your information is securely stored on an online system and my
booking software, Tutorcruncher. We keep personal information for
the duration of tuition. We will then dispose your information by
removing your personal data.
